The BIMM Group is a leading alternative provider (AP) which offers specialist, vocationally based higher education courses focused on contemporary music and the associated industry.

GK was contracted in 2012 by The BIMM Group to help them to navigate the Government’s regulatory changes focused on APs and to raise their profile across government to ensure they were seen as a high quality provider.

Given that we have worked for The BIMM Group for almost five years, we have provided a variety of services including: lobbying support around specific regulatory issues; direct engagement programmes allowing them to build high-quality relationships with a variety of influencers and decision makers; and broader profile raising activities.

Our success in delivering results for the GGF is evidenced in the length of time we have worked with the association. Key successes include: wide-ranging relationships built across the GGF into government and sector bodies; inclusion of glazing in various energy efficiency incentive schemes; invitations to the GGF to take part in high-level government reviews; and effective understanding of the work and successes achieved across the membership.
